THIS IS A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION SITE – which means only registered members are given access to restricted contents of this site.
SUBSCRIPTION LEVELS:
- Full-Lifetime Subscription = RM5,000 one (1) time payment.
- Graduate Subscription = RM3,000 First Payment and Yearly Renewal fee of RM1,000.
- Individual Subject Subscription = RM500 First Payment and Yearly Renewal fee of RM100.

Which means:
If you choose to subscribe to all 10 subjects, you pay the Graduate Subscription of RM3,000 for the FIRST year, and subsequently on every year RENEWAL, pay RM1,000 until you clear all the subjects in the RISM Examination.
However, if you are a repeat candidate for loose subjects, you may choose to select the subjects of your interest and subscription fee is charged at FIRST year RM500 per subject, with RENEWAL of RM100 each subject.
If you choose to subscribe to Lifetime Membership, this is a ONE (1) off payment of RM5,000 with no other hidden fee, until you complete the whole RISM Examination.
As of July, 2026 – we do NOT have SST onto our fees.
Similar mode of subscription is for individual subject subscription. You may choose your combination of subjects in no fixed order.
The Graduate Entry Examination for RISM Property Surveying Division consists of:
- URBAN PLANNING AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT (PS 4001)
- REAL ESTATE ECONOMICS (PS 4002)
- APPLIED VALUATION I (PS 4003)
- APPLIED VALUATION II (PS 4004)
- CORPORATE REAL ESTATE AND ASSET MANAGEMENT (PS 4005)
- INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE MARKETS (PS 4006)
- LAW OF PROPERTY (PS 3001)
- BUILDING TECHNOLOGY II (PS 3003)
- PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (PS 3004)
- BUILDING MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT (PS 2005)
Hence, if you are taking all 10 subjects:-
10 subjects x 500 initial subscription = RM5,000 and renewal of RM100 yearly x 10 = which means taking Lifetime Subscription may be a better choice.

This E-Learning Solution is a membership subscription website. We have been more than TEN (10) Years in the education of Estate Agents – as in justLetak! and estateagentexam.com. Now, moving into 2027 we are expanding our education activities into RISM Property Surveying Examination.
Only those who have paid to become members could access to various sections of this E-Learning Solution for RISM EXAMINATION. This qualification is recognized by BOVAEP for registration as PV, PEA and PPM. Candidates eventually qualify as RV, REA and RPM upon passing the TPC.
